This house is not a facade–but a fully functional 360 degree three story house set built from scratch. The entire first floor interior, living room, dining room, kitchen and foyer is a complete set within a set as well. So, I designed the house for three major phases–the fixer upper state the family purchases it in, the ripped up state during the remodel, and the renovated finished state.
